Serena & Lily Memorial Day Sale

Memorial Day weekend always has plenty of sales so if you need something it is a good time to pop into stores or scour the internet!

The lovely company, Serena & Lily is having a 20% off sale! They are known for their relaxed beach vibe while still being tailored and sophisticated. Their stores are SO peaceful…

I am on a MAJOR purge/reorganization kick… more on that next week, stay tuned… but that also means I am taking a hard look at my beloved house that we have been in for almost 11 years (!!!). We have done a lot of renovations and work over the years but not copious amounts of redecorating along the way. We have recently upgraded and recovered some of our family room furniture and the finishings (like rug, lamps, art) are no longer perfect in the room. So with the Serena & Lily sale I thought I would play a fun game… What I would buy for my family room at Serena & Lily with an unlimited budget! Ha!

One of the things I love about Serena & Lily is they source their art from local artists around the country, you can find the neatest things that you really won’t see anywhere else! I ended up with a fantastic custom piece by finding an artist on there and reaching out to them (Thank you, Kenna Norris!) and I even have a local friend with work for sale- go Jo!

Below is what I picked for the room. The walls are a soft pale gray with a lot of white woodwork and the furniture is navy, grays and warm wood.
