    I have had a lot of requests for the recipe for this peanut sauce that I throw together so I finally measured it out! I love having this on hand for those awesome vegetable rolls I buy at the grocery or for any grilled meat. Soba noodles (or zoodles) pair perfectly with it and thinly sliced cucumbers and carrots tossed with it make a pretty fabulous salad.     Oh overnight oats, you are so miraculous in the morning! I am always lazy about putting them together the night before but so grateful that I have done it when I am rushed the next day!     I have wanted to make my own peanut butter cups for a while now… but I have been too lazy. It felt like a complicated thing to make.
