    I met the fabulous Haverhill Leach many moons ago when we worked together at Kate Spade Corporate. She was always the epitome of cool so it comes as no surprise to me that her eponymous jewelry collection is just that; cool.     My apologies for being behind on blog posts. While I am working out this SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth… lovely. I will do a post on it in the future)  with Low FODMAPS diet situation, my meals have been boring, redundant and not always that colorful… I have not had any inspirations for new recipes as of late.
