    Okay… this drink is my favorite… borderline obsession and I have it for breakfast on days I don’t have time for eggs. I also make it with decaf chai tea for an afternoon pick me up.     We are taking off for February break tomorrow and are lucky enough to be venturing somewhere warmer than the North East. We are SO excited! That travel day… it can be daunting right? Kids and air travel can be tricky. I have been stuck on an airplane and in an airport with a toddler for hours; you want to be ready for anything. I find that when I am traveling solo with the kids if I over prepare I don’t feel so anxious. This means starting to pack a week ahead of time and maybe to obsessively over planning.
