    I can not believe it is the end of March. The temperature is actually starting to rise. The birds are chirping,  the flowers are trying to peek out and Spring Break is around the corner!     My apologies for falling off the posting band wagon… I am not quite sure where the last few weeks went! But, I am back with a very sweet treat for you all. This cake is an all-time family favorite. Growing up, we had this little cookbook of gathered recipes from our small day school. It was sold as a fundraiser; to this day, I will always look for cookbooks of this type when visiting a new town or rummaging flea markets and tag sales.     Who out there has tried Thrive Market yet? I swear I signed up for an account over a year ago and never ordered. Something about membership fees always gets me. Yes, it is like Costco, but I always hesitate. I did the same thing with Beachbody. I waited forever and we all know how that turned out. So, my advice to you is DO IT. Don’t wait like I did.
